Q: Does Artletshop ship internationally?
Yes, our artworks ship worldwide, with the exception of certain countries due to international sanctions or postal restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to:

Q: How long does it take to ship our artworks?
After purchase, artworks are packaged and prepared for shipping in our local studio in Zagreb, Croatia. This process takes 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on the postal service and distance. Typical delivery times:
- Domestic (Croatia): 5–7 business days
- International: 10–14 business days, although delivery may take longer depending on customs clearance
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your artwork ships.
Q: How are artworks packaged?
All artworks are shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box, fully compliant with international art shipping standards to ensure safe arrival.
Q: Regarding artworks: framing and mounting
All paintings painted on cotton canvas come with a pre-installed crocodile hanger on the back for easy and secure wall mounting.
The edges of the canvas are fully painted, allowing it to be displayed without a frame or placed into a floating frame, or other.
If a particular artwork is framed, this will be clearly stated on the artwork details page along with a photo.
Q: Author and authenticity
All our artworks are original, one-of-a-kind pieces and come with an author’s certificate of authenticity. Each artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind creation by either artist Branka Radonić or Vjeran Čengić.
Q: How to understand artwork measurements?
Exact dimensions are listed on the artwork details page in centimeters and inches.
Small thumbnail images in gallery views may not accurately represent the size relative to other artworks. Always check the details page and use a ruler if necessary to visualize the dimensions.
