Refund & Returns Policy – Artletshop

1. General Policy
All artworks sold on Artletshop are original, one-of-a-kind creations. Due to the unique nature of each piece, returns are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below. This policy ensures the safe handling and integrity of your artwork while complying with applicable EU and Croatian regulations.


2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your artwork. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and provide instructions for a possible refund, replacement, or repair.


3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of use, alteration, or damage.
  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials and any accessories provided.
  • The artwork must be securely repackaged to ensure safe return shipping.
  • You must provide proof of shipment and the tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the refusal of the return or a reduction of the refund amount, where legally permitted.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to a payment method available at the time of the refund, typically the original method used for the purchase (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card, Direct Bank Transfer).
  • If the original payment method is unavailable for any reason, we will issue the refund via an alternative method, agreed with the customer.
  • Refunds are issued within 30 days of Artletshop receiving the returned artwork.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Shipping and Packaging

  • Returned artworks must be shipped flat in the original packaging, placed inside a sturdy and well-protected cardboard box, in compliance with international art shipping standards.
  • Artletshop is not responsible for any damage occurring during return shipping if the artwork is not returned in its original packaging and adequately protected for transport.
  • The customer bears responsibility for the safe return of the artwork until it is received by Artletshop.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Artworks that have been altered, damaged, framed, or otherwise modified by the customer.
  • Custom-made, commissioned, or personalized artworks, unless they arrive damaged or were delivered incorrectly.

7. International Orders

  • For international shipments, the same conditions apply.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
