The Radiant Child

Opis

The Radiant Child is the second painting as a part of a collection of paintings and drawings I started working on in late november 2020.

This collection revolves around the symbolism of transformation through intuitive, creative and sexual feminine energy.

The surface of the canvas is first textured and formed with thick layer of light neutral impasto pigment with painting spatulas.

Painting is painted with combination of brushes and spatulas.

Although expressive in nature and in the way of applying pigments, I took time to carefully paint all the shades of carnation and details on a beautiful portrait of a young radiant girl.

The Radiant Child represents the creative feminine energy that radiates from the face and the whole body.
